With over 15 years of recruitment and management experience, Micki has an enviable reputation as a passionate recruitment professional that is committed to delivering innovative and strategic solutions to both her clients and candidates.

Before forming Saville & Persky in 2007, Micki worked as Group Sales Manager for Eye, one of Australia's leading Out-Of-Home companies. Before Eye, Micki worked in recruitment and advertising, on both the agency and sales sides of the business.

Her time in a fast-paced and cut-throat industry like advertising has given Micki a great advantage, an abundance of industry knowledge and networks.
